Tech Help Service

If you have purchased one or more of Morgana Best's AI Book Translation Systems, you may have found this page because setting up technically is beyond you.

IT'S OKAY.

I'm here to help.

How it works:

Fill in the Google Form linked from the button below. You'll have to answer a few basic questions about your computer setup. I'll also ask what time zone you're in.



You'll receive a list of tasks that MUST BE COMPLETED. I ask you to send me a screenshot of one particular thing. If this isn't done, I cannot proceed and we can't schedule a Zoom call until you can provide that screenshot. I can provide a little tech help here if you get stuck :D

Once that list is completed, we'll schedule a Zoom call. I will send you a PayPal invoice which must be paid in full before the call.

During the call, I will 'take over' your computer and do the one-time technical setup. You will need to be at your computer for the duration of the call; especially if you are on a Mac, there are certain keystrokes I will ask you to make during the procedure. If you are on a Windows computer, you will need to restart and rejoin the Zoom call in the middle of the process.

I'll hold your hand through it all, promise.

I will set up and start off your first translation DURING the Zoom call so you can see it's running. Then I'll provide you a VERY CLEAR walk through of how to do it yourself next time.

Cost for this service:

If you are running a WINDOWS computer, US$100
If you are setting up on a MAC, US$150

(Sorry, Mac folks. It's more complicated and takes me 2x as long).

Full Service Translation

If you're interested in monetizing your backlist with AI translations but don't have the time or inclination to do it yourself... I do offer a Done For You service.

This service includes:
Title translation - I generally offer 3 different title suggestions per language
Blurb translation
Recommended categories in target store
Suggested keywords (keyword chains for Amazon, individual keywords for wide stores)
Translation AND formatting for ebook AND paperback, using Atticus. You'll receive an epub and a PDF. If you would like to format yourself using Vellum, I will deliver a docx and you can choose TWO of the either/or options from the next section.

AND EITHER
A basic genre cover - I make no pretence to be a great cover artist but I can use Canva - usually 3 options offered, plus paperback version for Amazon KDP and/or Ingram Spark
OR
Some graphics and text for either Amazon A+ content
OR
A done-for-you Facebook ad, including suggested audience targeting, 2-3 still image graphics, 1 Instagram reel, and options for Headlines/Primary Text/Description
 
ALSO INCLUDED:

Translation of your author bio
(With the first book of a series)
Series blurb (I suggest considering titling for full series at the beginning of work)

ONE round of backmatter updates for links. Generally I suggest doing this at the end of completing a series. Further rounds of updates are $5/book/update.
 
The cost for this service is $200 (Australian) PER LANGUAGE PER BOOK*.

*up to 50,000 words. Due to translation costs and increased formatting time, above this will incur an extra $1/1,000 words. A 90,000 word book will therefore be $240.

I will supply the internal and cover files for the ebook and paperback, and all the information you need to just copy/paste onto the Amazon upload page. The only decisions you'll need to make are regarding whether you want to enrol in Kindle Unlimited and what your pricing will be.
